Who we are (and who we aren't)
Who we are: Hyper local Tucsonans. Jon has lived in Tucson since 1983 and Amanda has been here on and off since 1998. We have lived in Poets Square, Samos, and other midtown neighborhoods since the 80s. Jon has completed the Tour de Tucson a few times, we’ve been going to shows at the Rialto since the 90s, and eating at the Cup Cafe the whole time. Why ADUs? Intergenerational Living Solutions in Tucson
There are many reasons to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit or ADU (commonly called a casita around Tucson): extra space for a guest, a home office, an art or writing studio, or even for additional income through rentals. However the most frequent driver, by a landslide, is for intergenerational housing.
